Peyrasse Booking Terms
& Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment:

1.1. Please pay a booking deposit of £300 to secure your booking, within 5 days of the booking confirmation.

1.2. The balance of your rent is payable 8 weeks before the start of your rental period.

1.3. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period, we ask that the full rental amount is paid at the time of booking.  

1.4. Payment for your booking can be made by bank transfer. Details are available on request.

2. Cancellation Policy:

2.1. If the booking is cancelled by you more than 12 weeks before the start of your rental period, the booking deposit will be forfeited if we cannot re-let the house for the same period, at the same value.

2.2. If the booking is canceled by you within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period, the full rent will be forfeited unless the house can be re-let for the same period, at the same value.

2.3. If the property is re-let, the rent will be refunded minus any costs or losses incurred in re-letting the property.

3. Use of Property:

3.1. The house is to be used solely for holiday accommodation and must not be used for any other purpose.

3.2. We ask that you please do not sub-let the house.

3.3. We ask that you please keep the house and all furnishings, fixtures, and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of your rental period. Please report any broken or damaged items to us promptly.

4. Liability:

4.1. We, the owners are not liable for any loss or damage to your personal property.

4.2. We, the owners are not liable for any injury or damage to your or your guests during the rental period.
 

5. Governing Law:

5.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England

5.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts
